About Us

SmithwickDesign is a small business based in Mansfield, CT. While we gladly take on projects across New England, we pride ourselves in enhancing the web presence of local businesses here in Connecticut.

Kevin Smithwick founded SmithwickDesign in 2006 with the hopes to build impressive and functional websites for local businesses in Connecticut. Within the first 2 years we were able to provide services for companies not only in Connecticut, but in California, Vermont, New Hampshire, Ohio and Florida as well.

2008 proved to be a great year for SmithwickDesign. We were able to bring Matt Perry onboard allowing us to expand our skill set into web layout, logo and business card design. Matt Perry not only proved to be a valuable asset when creating eye catching graphics, but is also able to make professional and hi-tech Adobe Flash® applications.

Technology is always improving, and so is SmithwickDesign. We have become efficient in Adobe Flash®, Microsoft ASP® and AJAX/XML standards to meet our client's needs.

Staff

Kevin Smithwick, Applications Developer & CEO Kevin founded Smithwick Design in 2006 and has over 15 years experience in the programming community. He handles all the backend programming, setup, database design, hosting and configuration for websites and web based applications provided by Smithwick Design.

Matt Perry, Graphic Designer Matthew is an accomplished graphic designer with over 13 years experience in developing multimedia graphics. Matthew is in charge of creating website templates, banners, media and all other graphical elements to build sharp, eye catching and successful websites. He has 3 years professional experience in design, communications and marketing with a corporate focus. Matthew joined Smithwick Design in 2008 and looks forward to continuing to add to the success of the company and its clients.
